Ismail Elnaham is an Anniston, Alabama-based real estate professional who has owned and operated AZIZ, LLC, since 2020. He expanded his professional activities in 2021 by joining Atlanta’s FIM Properties. As a partner at the private investment company, Ismail Elnaham helps manage a real estate portfolio consisting of commercial, residential, and multi-family homes throughout the states of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and South Carolina.

Mr. Elnaham owns Harvest Hills Real Estate, LLC, a 48-unit property in Killin, Alabama, and serves as a partner at Kowaliga Hotel Properties. Ismail Elnaham became the owner of Creek Mart Exchange, a convenience store in Oxford, in 2024.

He studied business administration at IBB College. In addition, Mr. Elnaham maintains membership with several community organizations, including the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce and the Alexander City Chamber of Commerce. Ismail Elnaham supports philanthropic groups such as the United Way of Calhoun County. His interests include hunting and fishing. He also enjoys golfing at the Cider Ridge Country Club and Anniston Country Club.
